Artwork & Product Information

Every effort is made to ensure artwork images, descriptions, colours, and product details are represented as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen and monitor settings.

All artworks are professionally reproduced as fine art prints using archival-quality materials and processes.

Orders

All artworks are custom produced to order. Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has commenced.

Amanda Stacey Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including in circumstances involving pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through the secure payment methods provided at checkout.

Prices, product availability, and shipping rates may change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Complimentary shipping is included for Australian orders.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and product type.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Amanda Stacey Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Returns & Damaged Items

As all artworks are custom made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly with photographs of the packaging and item so the issue can be assessed and resolved.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Amanda Stacey Art cannot estimate or control these charges and is unable to mark orders as gifts to avoid customs fees.
