Returns Policy

As each artwork is professionally printed and/or framed to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and item so the issue can be resolved promptly.

Shipping Information

Complimentary shipping is included for all Australian orders.

International orders welcome — please contact me first for a postage quote.

All artworks are custom produced to order. Please allow approximately:

• Print only orders: up to 7 business days for production prior to dispatch
• Framed artworks: up to 3 weeks for Australian delivery
• International orders: approximately 3–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing

Production and delivery timeframes may vary during busy periods, however every effort is made to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.

Every order is individually prepared with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

All artworks are carefully packaged for protection during transit and shipped with tracking via Australia Post or trusted courier services.

International Orders

International orders are available as print-only unless otherwise specified.

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges once the parcel reaches the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are determined by local customs authorities.

Unfortunately, these charges are outside our control and cannot be estimated in advance. For further information, please contact your local customs office prior to placing an order.

To comply with international shipping regulations, orders cannot be marked as gifts to reduce or avoid customs charges.
