• International orders: approximately 3–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing

Production and delivery timeframes may vary during busy periods, however every effort is made to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.

Every order is individually prepared with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

All artworks are carefully packaged for protection during transit and shipped with tracking via Australia Post or trusted courier services.

International Orders

International orders are available as print-only unless otherwise specified.

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges once the parcel reaches the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are determined by local customs authorities.

Unfortunately, these charges are outside our control and cannot be estimated in advance. For further information, please contact your local customs office prior to placing an order.

To comply with international shipping regulations, orders cannot be marked as gifts to reduce or avoid customs charges.

Returns Policy

As each print is professionally produced to order and each original is one of a kind, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item so the issue can be resolved promptly.
